Certainly, many of us has been in the situation when they just did not know what to do with their luggage during a trip. Of course we are not saying there is no locker storage to use. The greatest issues are usually safety and convenience. Locker storages are available at most railway stations, airports, and hotels, although there are shortcomings. In case of a public locker storage, on one hand, there is the question of safety, on the other hand – and this comes from experience – there could be difficulties due to sizing. Whan do we mean here? It’s one of those things when we have an oversized luggage that not even the biggest locker can take. However, just as we highlighted on our locker storage page, even a locker storage of a hotel can surprise us. In that case the issue is rarely due to sizing as most hotels provide storage rooms. Usually these can be locked and in some cases it is only possible to enter together with the receptionist, other places let one in to just to pick their luggage up. There is no need for cash, a credit card can be used for easy payment. We provide the opportunity to also book apartments using our services. When there is a need, we take the weight of finding an accomodation off from our guests’ shoulders as well as support transit from one point to another. When do we may need a locker storage service?
Surely, all can anwer to that, however, we provide with a few hints and tips when it is worth to use this service.
– before hotel check-in
Usually we can only check-in a hotel after 14:00-15:00 (2-3 PM). If someone arrives earlier, dealing with the luggage can be an issue. Before check-in, in most cases, there would be time to take a nice walk, go sightseeing, have a coffee somewhere, or go out to a restaurant, which are all uncomfortable while carrying our luggage.
– After check-out of an Airbnb
As previously mentioned, in case of a hotel, there is usually a locker storage to use after check-out should we still have something planned before we leave. This is not an option when we use an Airbnb room. We have the perfect solution for that!
– In case of short trips or transit
We may have luggage even in this case which is inconvenient to carry with us during the day especially if we also use public transport.
